Book Your Stand

Booking early has its advantages.

With many of our partners and sponsors already locked in, the earlier you book the better your chance of getting that perfect location. If you book before 19 February you will receive up to 15% discount on the price of your stand.

Just follow the steps below:

Review the floorplan and note the stands available along with their number. You’ll need the stand number when completing the form. Remember to select a second and third choice in case your first choice is not available.

You can choose to Book Online or you can download a PDF copy of the Stand Booking Form. Once you have completed this form you can return it via FAX on 02 9909 2144 marked attention Paula Higginson or scan and email it to phigginson@mfaa.com.au.

Once we have received a completed booking form, we will contact you to confirm your stand allocation and issue you with a tax invoice and a full ExpoMart Contract.

Once full payment has been received, we will finalise your stand allocation and provide you with access to the Exhibitor Resources section where you can download the Exhibitor Manual.

Please note that while our partners and sponsors will be given priority of placement within the exhibition, early commitment will ensure that your company secures a prominent location in the ExpoMart.
